Itinerary

Depart Nairobi for the Maasai Mara, with an afternoon game drive on arrival.

A full day tracking the Big Five across the Mara's open plains.

Morning game drive, then transfer toward the Isebania/Sirari border crossing, with assistance through immigration on both sides.

Complete the crossing into Tanzania and enter the Serengeti National Park, the Mara's vastly larger southern twin, for your first game drive on this side of the border.

A full day exploring the Serengeti's endless plains, tracking resident lion prides and, in season, migration herds.

Morning game drive, then transfer to the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Africa's densest wildlife concentrations.

A full day inside the crater floor, home to an estimated 25,000 large animals in a self-contained ecosystem, including some of Tanzania's last black rhino.

Transfer back across the Kenya-Tanzania border toward Amboseli National Park, arriving in time for an afternoon game drive beneath Kilimanjaro.

A full day with Amboseli's famous large-tusked elephant herds, with Kilimanjaro visible on clear mornings.

A final dawn game drive, then breakfast, check-out and the drive back to Nairobi.

Yes — most nationalities need a separate Tanzania visa in addition to Kenya's, either e-visa in advance or on arrival at the border. We'll advise exactly what's needed once we know your nationality.

You'll transfer overland with your guide, who assists with immigration formalities on both the Kenyan and Tanzanian sides; your vehicle and driver-guide continue with you across the border for this itinerary.

10 days covers all four locations properly without feeling rushed. If you'd like more time at any single stop (especially the Serengeti or Ngorongoro Crater), we can extend the itinerary — just ask when you enquire.
